This week for our wine tasting I will be pouring the red and white wines of the month for January and February. The February newsletter will be out soon so I figured it would be a fun sneak peek! Stop in and find your favorite from 4-7pm!
Cheers,

Domaine Lelièvre
Gris de Toul Rosé
Reg. $19.99 On Sale $16.99
The Gris de Toul is 80% Gamay and 20% Pinot Noir that is gently pressed before being vinified and aged on the lees separately and blended together just weeks before bottling. It has intense minerality and notes of strawberry, raspberry and sour cherry on the finish.
Dampt Frères Chevalier d’Eon
Reg. $22.99 15% Off $19.54
Dampt Frères is an estate right outside of Chablis that is run by three brothers as the name suggests. The wine is 100% Chardonnay that is lean, crisp and bursting with green apple notes and minerality.
Clos Fornelli
La Robe d’Ange Sciaccarellu
Reg. $23.99 On Sale $17.99
The red is 100% Sciaccarellu (shock-a-rel-u) that is fermented using native yeasts and is aged in concrete vats for 7 to 10 months. The finished wine is light on its feet with notes of sour cherry, dried herbs, leather and spices. It’s a smidge lighter than Pinot Noir and it is delicious after being in the fridge for 20-25 minutes.
