The Sauvignon Blanc is aged in a combination of tank and neutral barrels for a slightly richer, creamier style of Sauvignon Blanc.
Lieu Dit Chenin Blanc

The Chenin Blanc is also aged in a combination of tank and barrel but the Chenin Blanc is aged in barrel for 7 months on the lees. Creamy mouthfeel balances out the zippy acidity.
