We have two sparkling wines from our favorite domestic producer this week! The Brut is a blend of organically farmed Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and is bursting with notes of green apple, citrus zest and freshly baked bread.
Gruet Blanc de Noirs

Blanc de Noirs means that the wine is made with all red grapes and traditionally refers to Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from France. This Blanc de Noirs is 100% Pinot Noir and it is richer and has more cherry notes than the regular Brut.
High Note Red Blend

Malbec has gotten all of the love from Argentina but what about Malbec based red blends? The High Note wines have been on my shelves for quite a while now and while both are popular I personally prefer the blend! It is 50% Malbec, 30% Cabernet and 20% Syrah with a good helping of oak.
