This week for our wine tasting we have our Natural Wine Co rep Matej pouring. He will be pouring a Cava to start, a Loire white blend, one of my favorite Italian wines and a quaffable Cahors. Stop in from 4pm to 7pm and find your favorite!
Cheers,

German Gilabert Cava
Reg. $18.99 15% Off $16.14
Cava is fantastic quality sparkling wine from Spain and German Gilabert is a prime example! The Cava is a blend of 50% Macabeo, 30% Xarel-lo and 20% Parellada that is bottled with no dosage so it is bone dry and refreshing!
Francois Cazin Cheverny Blanc
Reg. $21.99 On Sale $18.69
Francois Cazin is a producer from the Loire Valley that I have worked with for quite some time. I carry two of his blends from Cheverny and this is 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Chardonnay so you get the best of both worlds! Lean and mineral driven, this will make any white wine drinker happy!
Ampeleia “Un Litro” Rosso 2021
Reg. $28.99 On Sale $22.99
Un Litro is a blend of Grenache, Mourvedre, Carignan, Sangiovese and Alicante Bouschet that is all hand harvested and vinified separately. About 10% of the wine is carbonic maceration so the wine is light, playful and quaffable. It is aged 6 months in cement vats and only about 13,500 cases are made each year. The finished wine is bursting with notes of fresh cranberries, sour cherry, pomegranate and dried herbs.
Combel la Serre Cahors
Reg. $21.99 15% Off $18.69
Cahors is Malbec from right outside of Bordeaux and they are typically very tannic and earthy which is why I love this example so much! Lighter on its feet it is delicious, fruity and drinkable.
